Existing Area
The plans below show how the areas around the blocks currently look. Customers have told us that the area around Fearnmore Road is not very welcoming and can be dark at night. The playarea at 266 and 276 is poor quality and is not used. Generally the areas around the blocks are in a poor condition and are not well-used by residents.

Proposed Plans
These plans show proposals to make the area better.
The path behind the mini-multi blocks at Fearnmore Road would be replaced with private areas at the bottom of each block. The door at the upper level would lead out to these new communal areas.
The lower level entrance would become the main entrance and would be used by people driving and walking to the blocks.
New improved paths would link Fearnmore Road to Ledgowan Place at the bottom of the hill.
There is also an option to turn the existing lock-up parking into housing for people in wheelchairs.
