North Maryhill TRA
We want to make the Maryhill North neighbourhood a better place to live. Below you can view previous consultations for proposals for what the neighbourhood around Glenavon Road, Lyndale Place and Shiskine Drive could look like in the future.
The plans focus on neighbourhood ‘green infrastructure’ improvements. This means improvements to public open space, walking and cycling routes and how rain water will be managed. The plans show where new housing might be delivered but detailed plans about new housing will be added to the website at a later stage for you to comment on.
This masterplan was developed in 2021 following consultation with the community.
In 2021 the masterplan was a proposal. We have now secured funding to deliver on some of the proposed improvements. We will keep looking for more funding to make more of the plans a reality.
